Glass Fabricator – Experience Preferred, Training Available!

Glass Innovation is seeking a hardworking and reliable Glass Fabricator / Shop Team Member to join our warehouse and fabrication team. This full-time, year-round position offers competitive pay, training opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include

• Cutting, shaping, and polishing glass per customer orders

• Operating shop machinery (cutters, edgers, drills, etc.)

• Safely handling and moving large glass panels

• Organizing and coordinating tasks in the shop

• Inspecting finished products for quality

Requirements

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Physical ability to handle heavy glass

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Experience in glass fabrication preferred (but training is available)

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

• Pay: Competitive, based on experience
