Glass Innovation CRM
Terms of service
Effective and last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms govern authorized use of Glass Innovation CRM, the internal business application operated by Glass Innovation Corp.
For the Glass Innovation team only
The CRM is available only to employees and other people expressly authorized to work on behalf of Glass Innovation Corp. It is not a public registration service or a software subscription offered to other businesses. These public information pages do not grant access to the CRM.
1. Access and accounts
Use the CRM only for your assigned Glass Innovation responsibilities and within the permissions granted to your account. By using your authorized account, you agree to follow these terms and applicable company policies.
Keep your login credentials private, use your own account and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@glassinnovationcorp.com. You may not share access, bypass permissions or use another person’s account. Administrators may change or withdraw access when responsibilities change, employment or an engagement ends, or access creates a security risk.
2. Permitted business use
The CRM supports Glass Innovation’s customer inquiries, contacts, estimates, jobs, appointments, project records and business communications. Use information only for an authorized company purpose and only where you have permission to access, upload, share or act on it.
Keep customer and company information confidential. Do not export it to personal or unrelated systems, publish private information, upload unlawful content, interfere with the application or use it for unsolicited or unauthorized communications. Respect customer communication preferences and applicable consent requirements.
3. Gmail and connected accounts
Connecting Gmail is optional and requires the mailbox owner’s authorization through Google. Connect only a mailbox you are authorized to share with Glass Innovation’s CRM staff. The connected mailbox becomes a shared business inbox for authorized staff; it is not a private personal inbox within the CRM.
The Gmail connection uses read-only access to display messages, threads and attachments. New imports are limited to messages from the last 30 days. Optional additional compose permission allows authorized staff to create, update and discard Gmail drafts and approve immediate or scheduled sends. Read-only access does not enable those actions. The CRM does not delete received or sent Gmail messages. This import window does not automatically delete correspondence already stored in the CRM.
You can revoke Google access in Google Account connections at any time. Revocation stops future access through that authorization; it does not itself erase copies already stored for business records. Contact info@glassinnovationcorp.com for disconnection assistance or a deletion request. Our privacy policy explains retention and deletion.
Other connected services may have separate permissions and terms. Use only company-approved accounts and integrations. Authorization to use the CRM does not authorize every action in a connected service.
4. Review before taking action
Check customer details, measurements, pricing, dates, recipients and publication channels before approving an estimate, scheduling work or sending or publishing content. Estimates and configurations may require project-specific confirmation.
AI-generated drafts and analysis are suggestions for staff review. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace professional judgment. The company-enabled reply-assistance feature processes relevant Gmail message text through OpenAI’s API to suggest responses for authorized staff review, as described in the privacy policy. Suggestions are not sent automatically, and Google user data is not used to train or improve generalized AI models.
5. Information and privacy
Our CRM privacy policy describes what information the application accesses, how it is used and protected, who can access it, and how to request correction or deletion. These terms do not transfer ownership of customer information or grant permission to use Google user data for advertising.
Access ending does not automatically delete business records, consent records or security and audit history. Retention and deletion requests are handled according to the privacy policy and applicable obligations.
6. Availability and changes to access
The application and its integrations may be interrupted by maintenance, technical errors or third-party service changes. There is no guaranteed uninterrupted availability. Report incorrect records, failed synchronization or unexpected behavior to the company administrator before repeating an action that could create a duplicate.
Glass Innovation may restrict a feature or account to protect information, investigate misuse or maintain the service. These terms do not replace employment or contractor agreements, customer contracts, or rights and obligations that cannot be changed under applicable law.
7. Updates to these terms
Glass Innovation may update these terms as its internal application changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Material changes will be communicated to affected users before they take effect.
